Financial conditions of participation: Exchange students are not liable for paying the tuition fee to the University of Warsaw. Students pay all costs of stay at the host university.
Language: English or Polish (B2 level minimum, a certificate of proficiency in English provided by MSU is accepted)
Academic calendar: The academic year in Republic of Poland starts on October 1 and ends on June 30. It consists of two semesters: a winter semester from October to February and a summer semester starting in March and ending in June.

Course/department restrictions: check prerequisites in descriptions of courses
Compulsory fees: exchange students shall be exempt from any additional fees and payments in the host University if exact amount and destination of such fees and payments have not been announced before the internship
Health insurance: exchange students will have to ensure their medical insurance for the whole period of internship according to the recommendations of the host University.
Housing: in the recommended and available dormitory.
